- Refrain from using the charge of ‘contempt of court’ to silence and prevent human rights defenders and activists from exercising their human rights;
- Urging them to guarantee that activists and human rights defenders in Niger are able to carry out their legitimate human rights activities without fear of reprisals and unlawful restrictions.
