The 2018 Human Rights Conference is an opportunity for students, faculty, members of the Tallahassee community to gather and discuss human rights. This year’s overarching theme is “Born to Be Free,” a reminder that human rights are universal, inalienable, indivisible, and interdependent.

This year’s event will take place on March 31st, 2018 at the Florida State University Law School in Tallahassee, Florida. Breakfast and registration start at 9AM and the opening speech begins at 10AM. Join us for discussions and workshops on indigenous rights, sexual and reproductive rights, refugee policy, human rights defenders in Israel and Palestine, gun violence, and more!

This event is completely free and open to the public, so we invite you to bring your friends, families, and coworkers and spend a day learning more about both international and domestic human rights issues.
