AIUSA’s Faith in Action Network is hosting a special virtual Human Rights Iftaar, a meal shared at the end of fasting, to bring folks together and highlight a human right issue that has affected Muslims here in the US post 9/11.

Join us on Tuesday May 4th 6PM ET/ 3PM PT. Mohamedou Ould Slahi, a former Guantanamo detainee who was held for 14 years without any charges, will share his experience of fasting in detention and the steps we can take to ensure the 40 Muslim men currently detained are released and receive justice.
