Two Uighur brothers being held at Guantanamo, Bahtiyar Mahnut and Arkin Mahmud, were resettled in Switzerland. Bahtiyar had been invited to resettle in Palau, but he refused to leave Guantanamo without his brother Arkin, who developed mental health problems at the detention facility.
