On July 13, 2010 Guantánamo prisoner Mohammed al-Odaini was released from Guantánamo back to his home country of Yemen.

Mohammed al-OdainiOn July 13, 2010 Guantánamo prisoner Mohammed al-Odaini was released from Guantánamo back to his home country of Yemen. Held without charge for 8 years, al-Odaini entered Guantánamo in 2002 at the age of 18 after being arrested in Pakistan. He had been cleared for release since 2005. Amnesty International calls for all Guantánamo detainees to either be charged and fairly tried in US federal courts, or released.
