Organizing Model

An organizing model sets a framework by which concrete goals that define organizing success (recruiting members, building our groups, developing leaders, etc.) can be accomplished. With a guiding strategy in place, key tactics (e.g., fixing member communications, building a new online member center) can be directed toward its fulfillment and human rights victories will naturally flow from it.
