As the Youth & Student Program Manager for AIUSA, Sara supports youth activism nationwide, working to engage young people in human rights and grow the movement in high schools and colleges.
Before her current role, Sara was a senior organizer for AIUSA in the western region. Her past work includes organizing a national coalition for environmental health and global health work in Kenya and Zambia.
When not working to strengthen youth power at Amnesty, Sara can be found strengthening her willpower while backpacking in California’s High Sierra mountains.
