It was with great sadness that Amnesty International USA learned of the passing of longtime member leader Larry Ebersole, member of Amnesty International Group 4 of Seattle and former Washington State Coordinator for the organization.
“Larry’s rare combination of compassion, knowledge and activism made him an invaluable member of the AIUSA family,” said Ann Burroughs, board chair of Amnesty International USA. “His efforts have left a lasting legacy. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones, and our sincere gratitude for his work in the service of human rights.”
