Youth Leadership in Activism (YLA) is a volunteer leadership program at AIUSA encompassing four member leader roles: Peer Trainers, Student Activist Coordinators (SAC), Slack Community Managers, and Social Media Managers.
Through these roles, youth leaders provide AIUSA student groups and activists with peer-to-peer coaching, training, resource-sharing, and engagement opportunities, strengthening our collective ability to protect and defend human rights.

Member Leader Application
Applications are now closed for the 2023-2024 school year.
You will submit one application, regardless of how many roles you apply for. The form below does not save your answers, and we strongly encourage you to formulate your responses in a separate document and then transfer them to this form so that your work is not lost if you are interrupted!
Applicants are strongly encouraged to join the information session on March 22, which will provide information on YLA and other leadership roles currently available to young people.
Questions? Contact [email protected] or DM an ADMIN on the AIUSA Youth Slack.
