Join us on Saturday, June 26th from 12pm EST until 5pm EST, for a virtual workshop on how we organize to build grassroots power!
This special AIUSA Summer Organizing Session will bring together activists worldwide to learn the fundamentals of traditional and digital organizing, and how we can strategize effectively to make lasting change and positive impact on the human rights issues we care deeply about.
We often hear activists and organizers used interchangeably, but these roles, while both necessary, are distinct. Activism is where power manifests; organizing is where power is built. Join us on June 26th to hear perspectives from across Organizations, as well as within our own sections as we start our workshop hearing from our partners in AI Brazil and AI Kenya!
Our agenda is coming soon, and registration opens now! The first 100 people to register will receive a limited edition Amnesty International USA notebook!Â
Questions, concerns? Please contact Ebony Brickhouse at [email protected]. We hope to see you soon!
