Moses Akatugba was imprisoned at 16 years old, tortured, and sentenced to death. Ten years and over 800,000 actions later, he walked out of prison on June 2, 2015.

Oleg Savvin, Mikhail Feldman and Dmitriy Fonarev, who have spent more than a year in detention for raising the German flag over an official building in Kaliningrad on 4 March 2014, were released on 17 June.

Prisoner of conscience Dr Mahmoud al-Jaidah was pardoned on 22 May and deported to Qatar. He had been serving a seven-year prison sentence.
