Sayed Yousif Almuhafdah was released on 16 November. He had been arrested on 2 November for reportedly monitoring a gathering taking place and the police behavior towards protesters.
May 31, 2012
A lower court ordered Bahraini activist Zainab Al-Khawaja to be released after paying a fine along with fellow activist Ma’suma Sayyid Sharaf on 29 May.
March 15, 2012
Kuwaiti teenager Ali Feifel Sahad al-Ali was released on 14 March 2012, after he was sentenced to one month in prison. He returned to Kuwait with his family the same day.
