Senior Campaigner, End Gun Violence

As Amnesty International USA’s Senior Campaigner for the End Gun Violence Campaign, Emily develops and implements campaign strategies to prevent and reduce gun violence at the global, federal and state levels.

Prior to joining the End Gun Violence Campaign, Emily was AIUSA’s Human Rights Defenders (HRD) Campaigner, leading the organization’s work with and on behalf of human rights defenders in the USA and abroad. Prior to her role as HRD Campaigner, Emily was a Campaigner with AIUSA’s Individuals at Risk program. She has served as a human rights observer including at Standing Rock, North Dakota and at the military commissions at US Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.
