Jean Wu (she/her) is the China Fellow at Amnesty International USA. Before joining AI, she has worked in the fields of democracy and human rights (specifically religious freedom) for the last decade. Thanks to her previous positions at different NGOs, she was able to dive deep into Asia and research the geopolitics and human rights situation in China and ASEAN countries. She received her master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Seton Hall University and a B.A. in International Studies from State University of New York-Buffalo.
