Rosa is a seasoned campaigns and fundraising executive dedicated to finding successful and innovative ways to ignite activism for the greater good. She has worked across advocacy and political campaigns from human rights, environmental, humanitarian, health, and animal welfare campaigns, to voter mobilization—including BIPOC voter mobilization—, and electoral work.She currently serves as Managing Director for Campaigns and Digital Engagement at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), and in the last two decades she has worked to help mobilize and grow the supporter base of organizations like Amnesty International USA, Oxfam America, Voto Latino, Human Rights Watch, SEIU, the Nature Conservancy, the American Diabetes Association and CARE, to mention a few. Her work has been focused on membership growth and diversification, digital and multi-channel fundraising, advocacy impact and mobilization; and in managing people, teams, partners, data, budgets, technology solutions, institutional operations, and most recently, leading racial justice work. Rosa has been involved with Amnesty International for many years, starting with letter-writing in a student group, and then joining the Amnesty International USA (AIUSA) team in 2002, and eventually becoming an AIUSA member. In her personal time, she regularly participates as a speaker and thought leader in marketing conferences, and volunteers to support Latinx organizations. She currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her family and their dog Rigby and cat Tilly.
