Tell your representative to support the Juvenile Life without Parole Reform Act
The California State Legislature has introduced SB 99, also known as the California Juvenile Life without Parole Reform Act. If passed, SB 99 would make the maximum sentence for child offenders twenty-five years to life. This bill will soon be going to the senate floor for a vote, and we need you to call your local representative today to let them know why this bill should be passed. Child offenders should have an opportunity to seek parole after pursuing a rehabilitative path.
