The detentions at Guantánamo, and the wider policies and practices of which they have been and remain a part, continue to inflict serious damage on global respect for human rights. While Guantánamo may have dropped from the news headlines, the human rights concerns associated with it are far from a finished story, as this report seeks to illustrate.
