End indefinite detention: charge or release the last two Kuwaitis held in Guantanamo

Guantanamo detainees Fawzi al-Odah and Fayiz al-Kandari have been held without charge for nine years. The Kuwaiti government has requested their return. Urge the US to charge or release them.
