Amnesty International's Music For Human Rights will be joining our supporters N*E*R*D/The Neptune's, Polyphonic Spree, Liz Phair and Sleepy Jackson at SXSW this year.
SXSW: South By Southwest Music Conference- Austin, Texas March 17-21.
The eighteenth SXSW Music Conference will attract thousands of music professionals for one simple reason: the love of good music. The music conference provides a forum for keeping up with the rapid changes in the music industry brought on by mergers and technology. Registrants are offered the opportunity to hear from industry leaders about the changes taking place now and what is on the horizon. During the music festival,club-hopping registrants can hear a staggering array of music from all over the world. Good music and the business which surrounds it are explored, presented and debated.
Past participants have included Music For Human Rights Supporters Beck, Cypress Hill, Gangstarr, Beth Orton and more.
