The original members are reunited and back on tour and they're bringing Amnesty with them. At the shows, they are urging their fans to sign petitions on behalf of Phuntsog Nyidron, a Tibetan nun imprisoned by Chinese authorities for the "crime" of writing a song.

Coldplay Tour 2003

Coldplay have been great supporters of Music for Human Rights, appearing at our concerts, donating tracks for our CD and inviting us on their 2003 tour. At the shows, Coldplay fans scooped up Music for Human Rights information and signed petitions for Rebiyah Kadeer, a businesswomen in jail for exposing China's despicable treatment of the Uighur Muslims, and Leyla Zana, a former member of Turkey's parliament, imprisoned for speaking out on behalf her people, the Kurds. Fans also demanded that China release jailed Tibetan nun, Phuntsog Nyidron.

The Chemical Brothers - CMJ Festival 2002

We were on hand for The Chemical Brothers show at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom where they were performing as part of the CMJ Festival. Fans of this electronica duo tripped by the Music for Human Rights information table to get information and take action.
