Resolved:


WHEREAS at present the Board may amend the AIUSA Bylaws without the approval of the Annual General Meeting;


THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that any proposed bylaws amendment be posted on the members' website, results of any action shall be posted and reported to the next Annual General Meeting.
