Title:   Resolution on Conference Accessibility
Resolved:


[A] WHEREAS the 2007 AGM’s facility included at least one room that was not fully

accessible to our disabled members and supporters; and

[B] WHEREAS AIUSA must strive to hold all our regional conferences and AGM’s in

fully accessible locations so as not to exclude our disabled members and supporters:


[C] THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED all future AGM’s and Regional Conference

sessions be held in 100% accessible rooms.

[D] BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that materials produced at AGM be accessible to

visually impaired to the extent possible within budget constraints.
