Title:   DECISION ON MEMBERS ACCESS TO BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEE CONFERENCE CALL MEETINGS AIUSA PRIVACY POLICY IN REGARDS TO MEMBERSHIP
Resolved:


WHEREAS much of the business of the Board committees, and occasionally the business of the Board, is conducted through conference calls, which are not currently accessible to members;


THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that any conference call of the Board or Board committee not in executive session shall be open to members who are willing to pay a call-in fee and that AIUSA shall employ a conference call provider who shall charge the lowest practical fee, and the Board shall be allowed to make a portion of the call listen only for non-Board members.
