Bequests
A bequest is simply a gift made through your will. A bequest is an excellent way to make a final statement about the values you held during your lifetime.

Charitable Gift Annuities
How to give appreciated securities of cash, receive a charitable deduction, and provide variable income payments for life for up to two beneficiaries age 60+ with payments beginning immediately. Principal passes to AIUSA when your beneficiaries die.

Charitable Remainder Trusts
How to give almost any kind of appreciated property - including cash, appreciated securities, closely-held stock, real estate, partnership interests, or tangible personal property - receive a charitable deduction, and provide a percentage of fixed payments for life or a term of years for up to two beneficiaries on an immediate basis, or any age on a deferred basis.
