Ahmad Mshaima’ was rearrested on 13 November. He has not had access to his lawyer since his arrest. He may have been detained for exercising his right to freedom of expression.
Aleksandr Minchenok disappeared on 21 July after being “arrested” by pro-Kyiv forces while travelling in eastern Ukraine. His parents, who have not heard from him since July, fear for his life.
