Albert Johnson was pulled over for speeding. By the end of the night he was charged on two counts of rape. He maintained his innocence on both counts and was sentenced to 39 years in prison. New DNA technology has allowed Albert to prove his innocence on one count of rape. Albert’s story sheds light on the failings of our police and judicial system.
