The AI student group of Hope International University, Fullerton Calif. Hosted an event on campus in April 28, 2005 focusing on the issues of Women's Human Rights & overall Human Rights Education
The event was made of notable Amnesty speakers from the Western Region Office, Amnesty Specialist Speaker-Colorado, Faculty's, Students, Amnesty Members & people from in & around the area of Fullerton, Calif. The purpose of the event was to expand awareness of AI mission to the community, specifically Women's Issues, recruit new members & also to create an avenue for the local groups to network.
Tabling was done by Bethecause, International Rescue Mission. AI Videos for the event were supplied by the AI Film Festival Office in San Francisco, Calif.
