The Center for Human Rights in the Americas at University of California Davis is planning a silent vigil at the E Street Plaza in downtown Davis from 4:30-5:30 on Thursday January 11, to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the arrival of prisoners at Guantanamo, to denounce both physical and psychological torture, and to call for an end to indefinite detention.
