We Are Still Troy Davis

One year ago the state of Georgia executed Troy Davis despite enormous doubt about his guilt. At the same time, Amnesty members and activists around the world stood in solidarity in an unprecedented uprising to stop the execution.

Join members of the Davis family, community organizers, and long time activists from the movement for the one year anniversary of the culmination of this amazing struggle on Friday, September 21st 2012. We'll gather at 6pm at Tivoli Square (Columbia Heights metro), before heading to St. Stephen's Church by 7pm to share stories, hear powerful testimony and performances, and celebrate the life and legacy of Troy Davis as we reignite the movement that awoke last year. Join us in raising the call:
