Human Rights Live Here! WV Statewide Day of Solidarity for Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights

On February 25, Amnesty members from across the state are joining forces to raise the call for Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ESCR). Amnesty groups from Huntington to Charleston to Morgantown to Shepherdstown are working together to host a statewide day of action in solidarity with all of those suffering the many human rights abuses that come with poverty. From the oil fields of the Niger Delta to the coal fields of Appalachia, corporations need to be held accountable for the human rights implications of their actions!
