Organized by Amnesty International at San Diego State University, this year's three day event features speakers from Tibet, Morocco and the United States and is divided into three themes: women's rights, the right to self-determination and the freedoms of expression and assembly.

Feb. 19: Showing of Dhondhup Wangchen's film Leaving Fear Behind, followed by a talk and Q&A with his wife, Lhamo Tso
Feb. 20: Presentation by Mark Levine: Jaffa, Tel Aviv, and the Struggle for Palestine
Monday and Tuesday: 7-9pm; Wednesday: 6-9pm
