GROUP SALES

Group Sales at the AGM is a great idea for fund-raising. If your group is interested in selling AI merchandise at the AGM Group Sales, please contact Bonne Knipfer in the North East Region Office, at: (e-mail) bknipfer@aiusa.org, 617-623-0202 (phone), or 617-623-2005 (fax). Bonne will send you an AGM Group Sales Instruction and Information Sheet to confirm that space has been reserved for you. The firm deadline to sign up for space is March 31, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Group Sales will begin on the afternoon of Friday, April 16, and will continue during designated hours through the conference.

For those who have not participated in Group Sales before, please be advised that participation is limited to the sale of items for fundraising by Local Groups and does not include materials provided by individual members. A central cashier will be handling all sales, so you do not have to staff your table. Only groups who have registered to participate prior to the AGM will be reserved space in the Group Sales area. You will receive information and product labels once you notify Bonne that you want to participate.
