2004 Annual General Meeting

Caucuses

Caucusing is an opportunity for various groups of members to address issues affecting them or of their particular interests, in order to facilitate and promote their empowerment within Amnesty International USA. These caucuses explore how the organization's internal processes (policies, resolutions, priorities, structure, etc.) and external issues (human rights campaigns, global trends, national and local concerns, etc.) affect them and offer opportunities to develop strategies and reach actionable decisions to advance the group's involvement both within the AI movement and in society.

1:00 pm - 2:15 pm       People of Color
1:00 pm - 2:15 pm       Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies
1:00 pm - 2:15 pm       Women

*Organize your own caucus! This year's caucuses were defined from last year's submissions; however, several open round tables are available in two rooms for spontaneous caucusing. Please note that space is limited. Use the AGM Office bulletin board to spread the word!
