AGM Service Project
Have you ever wondered what was going on in the host city of the Annual General Meeting beyond plenary sessions and resolutions? Well, you can stop wondering. The AGM Service Project is an educational experience that will provide participants with the opportunity to volunteer with a community organization or an area school. The main goal of this project is to connect our work as human rights activists with the community based human rights work of our partner organizations and/or schools. Participants will learn about how the work of our community partners relates to the international human rights framework and share ideas on how we can strengthen our activism by combining education and hands on experience.
The AGM Service Project will take place
Friday morning April 4, 2003 beginning with an orientation breakfast at the Omni William Penn Hotel. You'll need to arrive early to participate.
