Early Bird Special: Limited rooms available at $99 on a first serve basis so book early! The deadline for the Amnesty Group rate has been extended until rooms are sold out. Reservations at the Omni William Penn Hotel must be made by phone: 1-800-843-6664. Identify yourself as an Amnesty International Group Member in order to book accommodations at the special rate. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold the reservation. Should a reservation be cancelled less than seventy-two hours before arrival, a charge equaling one night's room and tax will apply. Room Rates: Single/Double: $124 Rates do not include room tax. Note: there are a limited number of rooms available at a $99 rate. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or an advance deposit. The hotel is a disability-equipped facility. Please note that check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and you must check out by 12:00 p.m. Luggage can be stored at the hotel.

Parking: Parking is available at the Omni William Penn Hotel in the Mellon Garage. The hotel rate for parking is $11 a day and $3 after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends.

• Ramada Plaza Suites Hotel, 1-800-225-5858 or 412-281-5800. The Hotel is located at One Biglow Square, Downtown Pittsburgh. Their cancellation policy is 4:00 pm day of arrival. Their rates go up after March 14, 2003.
  
  
• Hostelling International, 1-800-909-4776 or 412-431-1267 ($19+ a night for various dorm-style rooms): a 7-minute "T" ride away from the AGM site. The hostel is located at 830 Warrington Avenue. Their rates are fixed and do not expire. Identify yourself as Amnesty International Group member to get placed together. Please call directly for further details.

A running referral list of those interested in sharing rooms will be maintained at the AGM Program Office. While we cannot match roommates, we will accept and provide the names and numbers of those wishing to find roommates.
