AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH HUMAN RIGHTS

| Seattle's EMP building |
In celebration of the AIUSA Annual General Meeting and in recognition of the special role music has played in the international human rights movement, the Experience Music Project (EMP) and AIUSA will present a benefit concert to be held on Friday evening, April 19, 2002.
The Experience Music Project (EMP) is the world's most technologically advanced interactive museum of pop, rock, and soul. Opened in 1999 at the foot of Seattle's landmark Space Needle, the EMP has quickly become an architectural and cultural landmark in the Pacific Northwest. It features countless interactive exhibits on the science of music and sound, pop music history, music legends, and other impressive attractions, all housed in a stunning building designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry.
Amnesty International is proud to partner with EMP to produce an exceptional Multimedia Benefit Concert, Friday April 19, 2002, in the EMP Sky Church, which features the world's largest non-projection video screen. AI members will receive a special rate for concert admission. Artists and prices will be announced. In addition to the concert, registered participants in the AGM will receive a group discount rate for admission to EMP's exhibits and attractions.
