AGM Travel Subsidy Guidelines and Application Form
Travel subsidies to the Annual General Meeting are available by applying to your regional office. Subsidies can be requested to assist in covering expenses for air, train or car travel and lodging. Larger groups are encouraged to consider carpooling or renting passenger vans to transport members.
Subsidy applications will be judged upon need and representation. Subsidies are not guaranteed until the application has been reviewed and the award amount has been verified by your AIUSA Regional Office.
Requests for subsidies in the Western Region must be submitted to the regional office in LA no later than February 9 (in order for the Western Region Standing
Committee on Membership Development to review applications and select
subsidy recipients during their Feb 10-11 meeting). Forms from all other regions
must be submitted directly to regional offices no later than March 12, 2001.
Please allow time for the application to be reviewed.
