    The Annual General Meeting conference registration deadline is April 2, 1999. Registration fee for pre-registration is $45; $35 for limited income. On site registration is $55; single event tickets are $15 contribution ($5 Student and Seminar Rate). The "Rabbit in the Moon" Film screening is $15 with proceeds to Amnesty International USA.
